iAdmin – The Chime iPBX is controlled by a powerful, yet easy to use web interface.  iAdmin can be made accessible from any Internet connection for administrators to quickly make moves, adds and changes.

  • Auto Attendant – Whether calls are answered by a live operator or with a pre-recorded greeting, auto-attendants can help quickly route callers to the people and services they need.  Using a simple drop-down menu interface, 100 different call flow scripts can be developed and combined.
  • Conference Bridge – No separate server or switch required to create flexible and powerful conference calls.  Participants can quickly be added to conference rooms with a simple mouse click.  When used in conjunction with ip-Assist, conference rooms include powerful features like mute, kick and chat.
  • Advanced Voicemail –Voicemail storage is included in every Chime iPBX.  Up to 250 users can be leaving or accessing voicemail or changing mailbox options at any time.  Additionally, administrators can choose to have messages delivered to their e-mail inbox.
  • Enhanced Hunt Group – Technical support, sales and customer support queues are made easy with the Chime iPBX’s integrated Hunt Groups.  Hunt groups support multiple ring strategies including Ring All, Top Down, Round Robin, and Fewest Completed Calls.  Members are easily added and removed from groups by simply selecting names from an extension list.
  • Additional Features – Backup and Restore functionality, System Logs, Upload Playlists for announcements or music on hold.
iAssist – The power and flexibility of the Chime iPBX is maximized on the user’s desktop – in the office on the road.
  • Call Control Features – Desk phone features plus.  Answer, hold, assisted and unassisted transfer, park and one button access to your voicemail box, record calls.
  • Enhanced Extension Status & User Presence – No more phone lists taped to the desk!  Access any extension in your company – plus virtual extensions for cellular phones, hunt and paging groups, call parking lots – with a mouse.  Also see who is on the phone or does not want to be disturbed.
  • Conference Bridge Adding callers into a conference room is as easy as a right click.  Powerful tools like mute, kick, lock and chat are built into iAssist saving you $1000’s on a separate conference bridge.
  • Call Recording Make sure you remember the important details with one click call recording.  A tone will notify the other party that recording has started.  Once the call is finished the recording can be reviewed from voicemail.
  • Call Contact History – Easily scroll through incoming and outgoing call history to find out how much time you spent on a call or to quickly redial a phone number.
